Material & Stock
Traceable down to the delivery note

MODULAR ARCHITECTURE
Scales with your company
Every module is priced per company, regardless of how many users or shop-floor terminals you run. Note: Capacity Planning and Blanket Orders require the Production module.
Our pricing model
Clear packages instead of a module puzzle
A fixed price per company. All employees and shop-floor terminals are included, no per-user pricing. You pay by company size, not by workstation.
The packages bundle the matching modules at roughly 25 % less than buying them separately. Individual modules can be added to Start and workshop at any time, cancellable monthly.

The difference
Why work with Takoma 360 ?
Shop-floor software comes in two camps: expensive project software with a rollout that takes months, or cheap cloud tools with no real depth in machining, where your data sits in somebody else’s cloud. We connect what is usually kept apart.
No cloud. Your data stays in house.
Runs locally on your own hardware. No third-party server, no third country, GDPR without the argument.
One system from enquiry to invoice
Quantities and progress straight from the machine.
Scheduling that thinks ahead
Scheduling suggestions with reasons, a load heatmap, blanket-order releases as a forecast. You see the overload before it happens.
Predictable cost instead of per-user pricing
A fixed price per company, not per workstation. Shop-floor terminals at no extra charge.
Built for machinists, not for everyone
Material database, 3D inspection, setup plans straight from the STEP file, CNC program analysis.
Customer portal
Your customers track jobs, documents and invoices themselves, around the clock.
Inside the customer portal
An end to the status phone calls
Your customers follow current order status, production progress, documents and invoices themselves in their own portal, whenever they want. Fewer interruptions, more transparency, and a quieter office with more time in it.
- See order status live
- Documents and invoices in one place
- Production schedule and capacity visible at any time
