Real expertise

An agency for CNC shops: a team that understands how industry actually works

As an agency for CNC businesses, Takoma Digital combines genuine industry experience with modern marketing. Our team does not just come from an office, it comes straight out of CNC production, mechanical engineering, manufacturing and technical sales.

Years of hands-on experience in industry mean we understand the processes, the challenges and the language of mid-sized manufacturers precisely. Combined with creative design, branding and digital marketing, that produces work which is technically strong, authentic and credible.

How Takoma Digital came about

Two worlds, one clear solution

Takoma Digital grew out of years of self-employment and international machine-tool sales. It became clear quickly that many CNC shops and mid-sized companies face very similar challenges, from laborious processes and missing digitalisation through to winning new customers and new skilled workers.

Working with Diana, the creative mind on the team, brought two worlds together: deep sector knowledge from industry, and years of experience in marketing, branding and creative communication. Out of that came the idea of connecting software, marketing and recruiting in a way that makes sense.

Together with around 30 companies we collected requirements from the actual working day, developed ideas further, and created solutions that simplify processes, make companies visible, and support them in winning new customers and new skilled workers.

That is how Takoma Digital came about: out of the combination of industry and creativity, together with the sector and for the people who work in it every day.

Founder & Creative Strategy Director

Diana

Diana is the founder of Takoma Digital and the creative mind behind the agency. With her instinct for design, brand impact and clear communication, she builds modern digital presences that make companies look authentic, professional and visible.

Her career began in event management and organisation, where she learned early on how to plan projects in a structured way, deliver them creatively and work to a high standard of quality. She then built extensive experience in marketing, product management, visual communication and content production, including within international corporate structures and creative projects.

For several years now Diana has worked as an independent brand and web designer, supporting companies in developing modern brand identities, websites and visual strategies. A strong family connection to industry and to German mid-sized manufacturing is what eventually produced the vision behind Takoma Digital: to make technical companies not only strong in their field, but visible in a modern, high-quality way online.

At Takoma, Diana is responsible for creative strategy, brand development and the visual execution of every project. Each company is looked at individually, in order to create an external presence that matches the DNA, the values and the goals of that particular business exactly.

As co-founder of Takoma Digital he brings years of experience from the CNC and mechanical engineering sector, along with a deep understanding of the challenges and processes inside mid-sized industrial companies.

His career started on the shop floor as a toolmaker specialising in stamping and metal forming. Many years in production planning, production control, machine optimisation and technical sales followed. As the former managing director of his own manufacturing business and a long-standing sales manager in the machining industry, Christian knows both the technical and the commercial side of manufacturing companies in detail.
